A mansion forms the backdrop to a spate of murders, and when the spirits lurking within are awakened they bring out some erotic, sensual thrills in the new guests.The film begins with a group of friends helping a boyfriend and girlfriend fix up the house they have moved into. The group discovers that the house was the site of some horrific murders in the past. Their digging around allows an evil spirit to start to work its magic on the house, leading to some passionate sex and a few violent acts of murder.
